I had to cancel the stay because we got there at 4:00 and our room wasn't ready. We waited until 5:30 pm and decided to cancel. There were people there who were also canceling because they got their room and it was dirty. And there was a guy who waited 3 hours for his room to be ready. The girl at the front desk couldn't care less and didn't even apologize to us initaly, she just told us to sit and wait until the cleaning crew was done cleaning. Unbelievably unprofessional and I will never have this hotel on my list of options.

We arrived for check in after 4 pm only to get checked in to a room that was unlocked, radio on and all bedding in the process of being replaced. Front desk said it would be maybe a hour to get cleaned due to staff shortages. Why did we receive keys to 317 if it was not ready. This caused us to cancel and check in to a different hotel as we were ready to turn in. We would like a FULL refund. Thank you.

This property was dirty! We could tell that the sheets were dirty and had not been changed out! Peanuts fell out of the sofa bed and had dirty shirts also! They comped us the room and said the other night would only be $100 because we didn’t get the King size bed we requested and because of the dirty room. They lied and denied the credit to Expedia!

Check in was quick and easy. Staff is very helpfull. I had reserved 2 room and was able to be next to each other. The only thing that needs attention would be the pool. Water was green and i would not go in it. That was a minus for me. Other then that. Nice location.

Needs an upgrade. I’ve stayed here in the past, and it’s gone a little downhill. one elevator doesn’t work, the other is sketchy. The lobby is still good but the room needs a refresh. The staff was great. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast did not make sense. They had bacon and egg and that’s was it for that, cereal and the milk jug they had out was empty, the next day had gravy and sausage and egg no biscuits, was pretty weird. The room you can tell it was not cleaned the curtains were stained with who knows what the light switch was dirty the restroom was needing some cleaning. I won’t stay here ever again.

The room/hotel is dated. Pretty clean, but my biggest disappointment was the location. Construction on one side and the back of a car wash on the other. The pool water was dingy and not inviting. No water views except for the dingy pool. My fault for not having better bearings of where it was situated between Corpus and Rockport.

When we checked in the first night. The room smelled damp and the carpet was wet. The also made a loud noise. I went to the front desk and I was told that they couldn’t get us another room because they were no rooms available. I reported the situation again the next day a we were given another room without a problem.

We had 2 Tvs but neither worked. We were supposed to have lines in the closet for our sofa bed but nothing was there, the water from the pool was green... good thing we only stayed there one night.
