Sandpoint Seaclusion with PRIVATE HEATED POOL,OCEAN VIEWS,ELEVATOR& Beach Access

This one of a kind luxurious beach house was completed a year ago. It has an elevator, unbelievable ocean views and a private pool plus beach boardwalk. The 6 bedroom, 6 and a half bath home, This way everyone has their own bathroom plus a half bathroom on the main entertaining floor. We also have an elevator, guest carport, large living area and a large fully equipped kitchen with ocean views, There is a separate sitting area with a coffee bar for quiet morning coffee time while enjoying the view. Plus a game room for the kids with a foosball table. We have 2 large decks and patio on the first floor by the pool. Our home as high end finish outs. We offer a private pool and we are steps away from the short beach boardwalk. The private pool can be heated for $75/day plus tax. Did we mention the oceans view? You can enjoy the ocean breeze from the second or third floor deck or you can enjoy grilling and hanging out by the pool on the bottom floor.

It is conveniently located in the Sand Point neighborhood. The ferry landing, marinas, restaurants, the Palmilla golf course, shopping, and other popular Port Aransas attractions are all within in 7 minutes from the house. The boardwalk to the beach is a few steps away and the community pool is a few houses away.

The pool was great. They heated it to the degree we requested and was so nice for everyone to enjoy after the beach. The beach was right there but we rented golf carts and went down a bit further because we had 11 people and lots of stuff to lug. But if you didn’t have lots to carry you could walk straight to the beach. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The main living and kitchen is on the 3rd floor so you got the best views but be ready for lots of up and down on the stairs or elevator rides. The host was very nice and responsive to any request we made. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We've been to Port A many times, rare to find a property in town that has all of the features that this property has - The view of the beach/ocean is much better than the online photos depict. This property was very clean, just a few minor hiccups/issues. Overall, our group all acknowledged we'd return to this property over any others that we've tried in the last 5 years.

The views are great and the pool is fun. The kitchen has what you need. I loved the drawers and cabinets that closes on it's own. The house is close to all restaurants. Just bring games with you and the grill isn't big enough for a group. for a group

Perfect house for large family & beach views are amazing.

Had plenty of beds for our crew. Elevator was great asset. Enjoyed the pool after a day at the beach. Large kitchen to cook breakfast for the group. Ate out most meals. Only had a few issues: only had one cup towel in kitchen, no dish cloths,no pot holders, no bottle opener. The door handle on the outside elevator kept falling off, could not shut door completely. Being so close to the beach was great. The restaurant, Port A Beach Lodge had great food & even gave us a cup of coffee @ 6:30 am on our way to walk the beach. Will highly recommend this house.

Amazing house, even better manager

The house was incredible, everything you could want/need for a large family or group of friends. The elevator was a game changer for moving luggage, groceries and supplies but also was amazing for my mom and my uncle who are now both pushing 80. Hard to believe we have been coming to Port A for 50 plus years and are now on our 4th generation with my grandchildren now joining us. I could not write this review without praising Suzanne. We first met her several years ago when she owned a property we rented and we were sad when she sold it but happy to have her as the manager for that property and now as manager for this one. If you see her associated with a property, you know it will be as advertised, clean and well maintained!

Great Location and Home for Groups

This was the perfect house for our family and friends Spring Break! The house was perfect for our group of 11 adults/teens, plenty of space and beds!! The location can't be beat, easy access to the beach and close to town for dinners out or quick runs to the IGA. Thank you Suzanne for being such a great host!!

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer

We had a great quick to Port A with 3 families. The house was great. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and lots of spots of kids and adults to relax. The location is amazing. Very short walk to the beach. Suzanne was very easy to work with and even helped shipped some stuff back to us that got left behind. We had a wonderful time.
