Cloth headboard and bed frame were FILTHY. It smelled like a long time alcoholic smokers room. There were giant roaches, There was crackers under the bed from a previous guest and the window unit AC barely keep the room COOL even set at 67F. The management company was responsive and friendly and brought in an Ozone Machine to try and rectify the smell and said they would spray the soft surfaces with something. It did help but the roaches.. I cannot. The location is good and the room is so cute, just needs some TLC and attention to details.
