Good about the property:The location is excellent! Only a mile straight down the road to the beach. There is dollar store, a grocery, 2 gas stations, and a dominoes within a block. The condo was really clean and had a couple knee boards, camp chairs and sand toys. The water pressure was fantastic, just don't have anything else going at the same time or you will have a cold shower.The pool is really nice and the room by the pool has a bunch of games. The patio is nice for sitting outside. My daughters shared the pull out sofa in the living room and they said it was really comfortable for a sofa bed. The kitchen appliances all worked well.The bad: The beds were awful, you could feel springs and random hard and soft spors. My son had one bedroom, I had the other and neither of us got much sleep at all as both beds were bad.The dryer didn't actually dry, we tried both the timed setting and the heat setting and no matter how small the load it still took restarting it 3 times to get anything dry. They give you 1 packet of laundry detergent only. For the kitchen be prepared to bring everything yourself pretty much. They only had 2 dish towels and a sponge, plus 2 packets of dish washer soap. There was only 4 forks, and 5 huge spoons. My plastic knives cut better than their kitchen knives, no pizza cutter. It was missing the small touches that you find from vrbo's that are managed by individuals not corporations.
