This property was great! Super easy booking as well as checking in and out. All done virtually. The property was well maintained. The room was just as described and very clean. The air conditioning was excellent and they also had a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was super comfy and the couch pulled out into a twin bed that was perfect for a child to sleep on. I will be booking here again on my next visit.

I enjoyed my stay. I wish there was a table and chair in the room (209). For an extended weekend, it would have been nice to eat my meals on it. There seemed to be enough room for one. Other than that, an excellent visit. Thank you

Charming decor and a clean room. The bed was reasonably comfortable. No cable television (only ROKU) so we could not watch the channels that we wanted to, which was very annoying. No Kleenex in the dispenser. Low stock of toilet paper though staff did leave some additional rolls outside our door the next day. It was off season so reasonably priced for our 3 nights stay.

We really enjoyed our time at Bluffs Landing. The location and the room were very clean and hospitable. The staff was very kind and was able to give us some extra towels. The pool was very beautiful, but I can’t speak to how fun it was because it was too cold to swim The morning. Sunrise was absolutely incredible and we did not even need to leave our room. I would give six stars out of five.

Overall stay was ok. Location was great and room was clean. However we were only given 2 towels for the whole 3 night stay. We had to buy towels since we were leaving early and returning to late to ask for more. Then wifi didnt work and we werent able to check in till an hour after check in time.

The best thing about our small cramped room was the Roku TV. We had an accident and spilled a cup of coffee. I contacted the Bluff's Landing text number to advise we had spilled a cup of coffee. I told them we would need a couple of more bath towels because there were no paper towels to clean up the coffee. We never received any assistance from the property management. After we got home, the property management sent me a bill for $40 for the coffee stained towels. I paid the bill, but we will not be booking at this property again because of no support from property management.

Hard to get into room, had to keep putting code in. Pillows had a smell of moldey mildew. Walls were paper thin, could hear next door at late hours and the parking was horrible. You had to park behind someone otherwise you would get blocked in. It was clean and nice but the above was a disappointment.
