Difficulty reaching the property manager. Messaged on Vrbo after I had not received check-in instructions 15 minutes after stated check in time (traveling with 2 young kids and was trying to time check in perfectly after a long car ride); did not hear anything back for 40 minutes; called 3 times with no answer; received text asking what I needed; I asked for check in instructions; manager said check in wasn’t until later that day; I sent manager online screenshot stating that check in time had already passed; was then provided instructions. House was nice but outside property was not in best shape (dead rat right by staircase; cigarettes left in ash tray from previous guest; pool had sand all in the bottom; ladders, water hose, pool toys left all over back yard); outside garbage can was full.If you are planning on a longer stay (4 days or longer) plan on reusing towels or having to wash the few that were provided. Bring your own beach equipment. Stay was slightly overpriced for the property and what was provided.

yes the kitchen was fully equipped and ready to use. The rooms were clean and the house was excellent. Area around the pool was cleaned as well as the bbq pit. We enjoyed being there and it was nice and quiet. The place was perfect, we stay every year for Easter and this house was one of the best one yet. Plenty of space and close by the shops. No internet issues, no bad neighbors. It was a good weekend minus the rain on Sunday.

It was my first time coming to Port Bay with my son and his friends for spring break and I would say that the home was very spotless. Communication was quick, and the house was great for all of our accommodations. I do wish it had a golf cart, but there was places nearby that had them for rent. Our machine didn’t work, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.. would totally rent again.

Just book it - if the price is right.We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of beds for our group, and enough seating for a large group to enjoy a meal. Being able to walk to the beach or enjoy the pool were both amazing options. Didn’t cook so I can’t attest to those items. But for a brief, 2-Night Spring Break trip, with teenagers it was great.

Upon arrival, pool was DIRTY ( not swimmable ) Contacted mgmt. company on Wednesday. Pool service did not come until Friday, late afternoon. And after he left, pool was still DIRTY. We had many options to choose from and we chose this one because of the pool which we did NOT get to use. I feel like we paid for an amenity and it wasnt delivered. My wife messaged mgmt. company and asked for some sort of compensation and she has yet to hear back from anyone.

Perfect location

Clean comfy beds, spacious. Just overall a great experience, very professional management. Only negative was the TV by pool area didn’t pick up Wi-Fi just buffering. Local restaurants and bars fantastic. We will look forward to another adventure in Port A and definitely look out for Bikinis and Martines

Great Property Overall

This house is super cute! Very close to the beach, pool was very nice. We unfortunately had a couple hiccups with check-in time, but I know these things happen. I think because we were on property when housekeeping arrived, the property wasn’t cleaned as well as it could’ve been. There were a couple things the kitchen could’ve used by way of utensils, but overall it was great!! They beds were very comfortable and the ice machine is a fabulous plus! We would absolutely stay again!

This was a great property. The property manager was amazing with keeping us updated. The ice machine worked. The beds were so comfortable. The ac worked great. The shuffle board was fun! There is so much room for parking. The outdoor area was fantastic.

Week getaway

The location is great. We specifically rent this location for the private pool and the ice machine. The ice machine wasn’t working. We have come to love that extra amenity. The inside ice machine had to be reset. A few little things could have been fixed prior to our stay but other than that things were as expected.
