Everything was perfectly lovely! Spotlessly clean, inside and out. The Room was perfect, not a single complaint! I LOVED the Indirect Lighting behind the Headboard! It gave the perfect Nightlight. The Staff was amazing! Lucinda was so friendly, professional, courteous and surprised us by graciously upgrading our room. I was so surprised and touched by her thoughtfulness and generosity. We will certainly stay here again anytime we are in the area. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Best Western Plus and know you will love it too!

It was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was great. Only problem, the room was not ready at check-in time of 2pm. Had to wait an hour but that did not ruin our stay there.

Stay here for the nice lady

When I checked in the lady that checked in, was so nice to me she’s very friendly. They’re going through a remodel and there were no numbers on the doors, but overall it was clean. They had the pool, which was perfect for the hot weather and they accommodated my small pet for a small fee

The hotel is undergoing renovation, so there is a strong smell of paint and other construction materials. The breakfast was poor. What food was there at 7:30 was not warm. The coffee was always out and the desk clerk also was responsible for preparing the food. Noises from adjacent rooms was very noticeable.
