Ocean Getaway SIV22 is a 2nd floor, 1 bedroom 1 bath condo, located in the heart of Port Aransas! This pet friendly condo offers fabulous views and sea breezes from the balcony! Sorry, no elevator access. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. Sea Isle Village is a wonderful community complete with an oversized pool, sports court and playground area for the kids. There is centrally located, direct beach access. There is parking allowed for only ONE vehicle at this unit. If you are to rent a golf cart, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass from them. Parking passes are required.

There were a few issues with noise within the condo. All doors squeaked loudly. The furance/AC is in bedroom closet and very loud. Had to turn off at bedtime to sleep. The refrigerator sounded liked ducks quaking when it turned on frequently. Beds even were like sitting on pallets breaking. Other than this it was great.

This condo was a great place for us to spend our little beach trip. It was pretty clean, had everything we needed, was a great location, and we had no issues with communication. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the showerhead and coffee pot both had a lot of buildup on them, and the beds could be more comfortable.
