Room appears unkept, dirty, hair on bathroom floor from prior stays, mold on shower floor. Attempted to contact office Monday night about 6:30-7pm and no one ever came to door. Lights turned off and curtains shut, then our shower leaked into room where the bed is located and we were unable to get fresh towels. We’ve always had a decent stay, but this time was over the top in a dirty bathroom floor and mildewed shower floor. Also don’t tell your guests to ask for clean towels if you don’t mean it and are not going to answer the office door. Towels were dingy too.

The location was great. Walkable to the dock/pier and the main street for local boutiques and restaurants. The smell inside the room wasn't very pleasant and I did find old food chunks around the floor. Otherwise the value for what we paid was fine.

The room was very clean (no bugs), the a/c worked great, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It will be our go-to place from now on. It is within walking distance of the water, shops, and restaurants. The price was very reasonable.

Room 7 was nice and big. Liked that it had a couch. Could’ve been a little cleaner. Toothpaste spots under the mirror. Shower floor was a little slippery. Tile in floor had some low spots that were not fully held in place. Need some lights outside for at night; was very dark. Price for room was very reasonable. Still no ice machine available, but we enjoy staying here and usually do whenever we’re in the area.

Best Place Ever

I LOVE the owner. She is THE SWEETEST lady ever. This is why I continue to stay here each time I visit my family. And the view? You can beat walking outside and seeing the water. Plus it's diagonal from the best bar in town even though I rarely go now days.

This is a no frills property. You get what you pay for. Nobody at front desk unless you call on cell phone. Its has the bare necessities. Light outside room is out. Room was not totally clean because I found food in fridge from previous tenant; dirty towel left in bathroom. THE LOCATION IS VERY GOOD! Lets just say they do not go out of their way to please you.

Loved the stay. Room was clean and comfy. Ms Lorraine at the front desk was sweet and welcoming. Convenient walking to shopping and restaurants. The pier down from the place was perfect. Will be staying again soon.

I had to call when I got there to get the key to the room waited 20 minutes then when I checked out, I had to call them and waiting and waiting and waiting. No one never showed up so I just left the key at the door. The room had roaches coming out of from underneath the table
