With over 2830 square feet, this 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath new home has enough room for three generations of your family and friends to make some awesome memories!! Featuring king beds in four rooms, a queen bedroom guest room and a bonus bunk room! Three primary suites offer their own private bathrooms. Three separate living areas with a game room downstairs add extra space for relaxation! The loft area has a sleeper sofa to enjoy TV or movie watching and an entry floor game room has a space to play a card game with friends. Rinse off under the outdoor shower before relaxing at your own private pool and lounge area. Included downstairs is a commercial ice machine to fill your coolers!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Don’t strip the beds. Turn the thermostats (both) to 78 degrees.
Do not lock deadbolt locks downstairs.
Clean any excess mess inside and straighten up downstairs. If you used the bbq pit please scrub the grates and empty the ashes. Any extra cleaning by housekeepers will result in extra fees (min $150).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Everything was clean and comfortable . Plenty of room for multi generational reunion. Kitchen was beautifully stocked. Ice machine was a nice bonus. Pool was clean and big enough for all to enjoy. Best trip.

The house was such a beautiful set up. The aviation theme was fun. Great coffee bar with both a Keurig and regular pot. Beds were comfy. AC worked great. Ample beach towels at the house and a nice large charcoal grill. The house is convenient to both the beach and the downtown area where all the restaurants, clubs and shops are located. I would stay there again.

I took our entire family for our annual stay in Port A, this house fit us perfectly, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen was well appointed, living area was a nice open concept, plenty of parking, the pool was perfect for the grand kids, we had 15 people total and it was never crowded, great place!!!

An ideal beach house at an unbeatable price, this home was stunningly beautiful and perfectly suited for families and larger gatherings. Our group of 16 found the space both comfortable and roomy. The pool and game room on the first floor were fantastic additions, providing endless entertainment for the kids throughout the night. The host was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s evident that a lot of thought went into the homes decor, with numerous small details that made it feel welcoming and unique. The upgraded appliances, bathrooms and cozy beds were delightful additions that enhanced our overall experience. Located just a few blocks from the beach, it was conveniently accessible for quick trips if we forgot anything. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning for future visits.

Loved this place. Large enough and spread out for a large group. On 11th street, close to everything. The ice machine, extra towels and golf cart worked out perfectly for us. Great AC! And very nice to walk outside to your own pool. Great stay!

Our large family group stayed here and had a great time. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed all the games provided.Check-in / check-out was smooth and the owner was responsive to any questions. Whether we wanted to go to the beach or into town for shopping, restaurants, etc. - we were just a short golf cart ride away. Being located right on 11th Street made for some great people watching as well. One of the surprise highlights was the large ice maker downstairs. When you're on vacation, the last thing you want to have to do is worry about running to the store all the time to get more ice. Having ice on demand was a game changer.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!
