The staff was very friendly, however our room had roaches and our bedding was stained. We asked for fresh bedding and were told that housekeeping would come and handle the situation. Housekeeping never arrived. I was finally able to speak to the manager when we were checking out. The manager assured us that the exterminator had been contacted and was scheduled.

Checkin was easy and the staff was polite. The room was clean and seemed well maintained. The only problems were: the ice machine was down, and when asked for clean hand towels they had none. It is in a good location for getting around Rockport, Tx.

Room was clean but had a few insects in the restroom (small roach and spider). However, the room was very clean and updated. Breakfast was mainly cereal options, waffles, and toast. It’s right by the water too. The staff were very friendly.
