Great staff, very friendly and helpful. They provide a wonderful full breakfast daily. We parked our car upon arrival and walked everywhere. There was no need to drive anywhere, everything is so close. We love this property!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Raj, Reservation Manager, was so nice and helped with an error on my part regarding our reservations. The location is perfect to stroll the cute town and meander along the beach promenade.

Anniversary let down.

Planned an overnight stay to celebrate our Anniversary but the experience was a huge disappointment. The room was off the main building by the back parking lot without a view and not very well kept up. Hard to believe they charge >$300 a night which is also frustrating since I used all of my onekeycash points from the last 2 years to pay for the room. Not planning to return any time soon.

I have never left a review before but I have to say I was so disappointed with my stay, that I felt like I should. The hotel was fine, but given the price and the marketing photos on the website, the reality of the room was way off base. My room was in the back where the buildings are old motel style. My room was dark, musty and in great need of a redo. I was just there one night for business so it wasn’t a big deal but if I was paying out of my pocket for a fun trip, I would have been really disappointed.

Breakfast provided daily, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, towels and parking included in resort fee. The gentleman front desk attendants very friendly, ladies not as much. Location is perfect! Rooms and grounds very clean and well maintained. Breakfast staff super friendly, especially Marybelll, she made a special effort to make the children happy.
