Great access to the beach

Great access to the beach, Short walk and of course the beach is beautiful. The house needs a little updating but it worked perfectly for us - it was clean and spacious and Exactly as advertised it with no surprises. Stan White realty was amazing, accommodating, friendly and very helpful!

Extremely disappointed!

Unfortunately the house was dirty upon entering w/ dead flies throughout the house, hair and sand on the bath mats, filthy air conditioning registers, dangerous deck, hair in the showers, 2 showers that drained VERY SLOWLY, no bedroom/bathroom trashcans but 1, hair and hair ties on the pillows in one bedroom, a teeny tiny rusted out toaster oven, 2 burners that needed repair on the stove. NO RESPONSE TO AN EMAIL SENT STILL FROM STAN WHITE REALTY 10 DAYS AFTER RETURN FROM TRIP AFTER NUMEROUS REQUESTS FOR SAME BY PHONE OR EMAIL!!!

Loved the proximity to the beach. Decor overall was dated. We're given door keys that did not work .

Key situation was not addressed by property manager instead saying we used the key incorrectly. Enjoyed the deck and screened in porch for dining. Size of house was perfect for our group.
