This luxurious oceanfront home sits on a high elevation offering stunning ocean views. Of particular note, the design of Summerwind provides wide-span Ocean and beach views from all rooms (even from the kitchen and dining rooms). Every bedroom in the house has generous private deck areas as well as direct private access to the pool, hot tub, dune deck, and the beach.

Ground Level: Outside you'll find the private pool and huge pool deck, over-sized to provide abundant space for playing, sunning and grilling. This property does not provide beach chairs.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has completed their work OR 4:00 pm check in time. *This service will not be available after the 2025 rental season.
