Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! Great Place

This was a beautiful house in a great location with direct access to the beach. House was walking distance from a couple restaurants and a few minute drive from the main dining/shopping areas of corolla. Had a great stay here.

Location location location

Perfect location. Clean property. Terrible beds. Confusing rental process, I went through vrbo then it transitioned to Brindley Beach. Pay process followed Brindley, not vrbo. All that said, now that I know, we would stay here again…but bring our own air mattresses!

Great Potential, But Poor Communication and Maintenance Let It Down

This house has great potential, but unfortunately, it fell short due to poor communication, a confusing rental process, and a lack of upkeep.Our reservation started through VRBO but was later transitioned to Brindley Beach Vacations, which added unnecessary confusion. When booking, I specifically inquired about a heated pool, was assured it was possible, and was told to confirm the request with the rental company. However, when making the final payment, I learned the pool was closed. Despite providing screenshots of the original conversation, my emails went unanswered. Eventually, a kind representative from Brindley Beach clarified that the pool was closed and updated the VRBO description with pool closure dates—information that wasn’t available when we booked.Upon arrival, the pool was uncovered, with a bucket floating in it and a filter cover and net discarded nearby. It clearly had not been maintained. Inside the house, we faced additional issues, including gnats that persisted throughout the week and a mouse we had to catch and dispose of.The house itself is in need of TLC. The couches were stained, the beds were uncomfortable, and the overall condition didn’t meet expectations.While the location and layout of the house are great, the lack of attention to detail, maintenance, and clear communication significantly impacted our stay. With proper care and better management, this property could be a standout, but as it stands, it’s hard to recommend.
