Just outside the gated pool you'll find a second enclosed outside shower. Inside you'll find a Theater room with tiered recliner seating for 8 that includes a kitchenette with sink, microwave and full size refrigerator. Rec room with a pool table, TV and wet bar with full size refrigerator. King Bedroom with TV and deck access that shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Queens plus TV. Bedroom with a Bunk Set and TV, full hall bathroom and the laundry area with 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
