You'll enjoy poolside cookouts at the bar, grill area, relaxing on the screened porch, while taking in the fabulous views and sunsets or gently rocking or swinging on the covered porch. You may decide to soak in the garden tub or enjoy the 7-jet shower in the owner's master bath. All of this will further convince you this is truly 'Heaven on Seven'. No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 4-5 cars. Parking in garage for one car. All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Great house. Plenty of space for all of us. Comfortable beds. Needs a little updating- drywall in bathroom. Some curtains need to be washed. But to be expected in a rental.

Beautiful property with potential for improvement

The photos of interior are accurate, great layout, high quality appliances, 3 king beds. Outside not as advertised: front porch dirty, backyard and pool area unkept, moldy, outside shower unusable, bugs and cobwebs. Inside had cobwebs in rooms, urine smelling comforter. Village realty was attentive to concerns and sent housekeeping and window air conditioners since AC was broken when we arrived. AC was not fixed until last day. Repair man was very kind and attentive. Fixed clogged sinks. This is a lovely property with beautiful sound view and location within Currituck club is right on trolley stop 5. It is located on 16th fairway, not 7th green. I wish it were better maintained.

Worth the Visit

Nice house. A few places show aging (outside in particular) but overall wonderful house and a great fit for our family. Hot Tub thermostat is broken. Water was scalding hot. We have a hot tub and something is wrong with this one. Had a pipe burst because of freezing weather but Village Realty responded within minutes and had it fixed in less than an hour. Great communication even during holiday season.
