This house was nearly perfect for our needs and the first beach house rental that we really hope to rebook for a future trip. The house was clean, the rooms very spacious, and the location to beach access was wonderful. We also loved the big front yard and lots of parking space. The only downside we experienced, and it had nothing to do with the house itself, was that there was a lot of dog poop on the sidewalk, boardwalk, and around the public shower at the beach access. We also had an experience where a dog, not on a lead, ran up and was barking at our small children and the owner was unable to control their pet. That was scary and not fun. As far as the house though, it is amazing and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Great Location

There are many things to love about this property. The location is amazing! We were two blocks away from the ocean. We loved the quietness of the Corrolla area. The home was large enough for our family of 20 without us being on top of each other. All of the rooms had ample space and access to a private bathroom and in most cases access to an outside porch. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots, pans, plates, and bowls. Two dishwashers and two refrigerators were appreciated and the kitchen had a lot of room to prepare and serve food. The elevator was a nice addition for the older members of our family. The kids loved the theater room, pool table, and basketball hoop.There were some minor things about the property that did not impact our enjoyment but should be considered if you want to rent it. There are a lot of minor repairs that need to be resolved. Peeling paint on the outside, lights that didn’t work, doors that were difficult to open and close, a lack of lighting in most of the bedrooms, and the loudness of the open concept. Be sure to put someone that doesn’t sleep or can sleep through anything in the top floor bedroom because everything echoes from the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Some annoyances were that the shower heads had a strange design that we had to google to find out how to work and the elevator took some trial and error to figure out how to use. It would have been nice to have had some written directions for those two things.

Great Location Great Space

The house was comfortable and fit our large family beautifully. The location was just one block off the beach so was a very quick and easy walk. You can hear the waves crashing from the balcony. The theater room was nice and comfy and we enjoyed some family movie nights. Having two sets of washer and dryers and two dishwashers was a real plus.The biggest negative was the cleanliness of the house, especially the floors which were pretty dirty. Overall, the house was very comfortable and had most everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much and would consider coming back again.

Room for everyone!

Nice design to accommodate a large family. Everyone had their own bathroom. Huge kitchen with plenty of seating. The house is starting to get a bit run down. Needs a good cleaning inside, paint outside. Pool was awesome. Not all jets working in the hot tub, but it was hot & relaxing. Mattresses comfortable except for one on 2 floor of pool house.

Great Stay

Our stay during the Thanksgiving Holiday, was really nice. The check-in & out process was easy, the house was clean. We had 17 people who all slept comfortably.
