The house was fine but the pool area was bad. Dead leaves everywhere green mold on fence around pool and the pool was dirty. The picnic table had black mold on it & couldn’t be used. The grill was covered in grease & dripped all over the pad underneath it. The plastic chairs on the deck are old & need to be replaced. We contacted Village Realty & they were horrible. They never returned calls so on Sun & Mon we went to the office. They were less than helpful. They kept saying the pool was cleaned. Finally someone came on Mon to clean it & they were there over an hour cleaning what they said was already clean! The fiberglass is showing through the pool & looks black on the steps & side My husband slipped on the steps & broke 2 ribs. So the fiberglass showing through the pool is obviously a danger. The owners need to either get a new pool or have it fixed. The pictures are obviously old because it doesn’t show up in there. That was the reason we rented the house because of the pool. My grandkids couldn’t go swimming for the first 3 days we were there. The coffee pot was also broken for two days before they replaced it. All in all we were very dissapointed & will never rent if Village Realty is managing it!I really think we should get a partial refund for the 3 days without the use of the pool
