Changes in Attitude is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac right on the golf course with incredible views of the 12th fairway. With over 3,500 square feet of indoor living space plus 1,100 square feet of decking, this expansive home can easily accommodate multiple or extended families. Changes in Attitude is equipped with an elevator, ideal for guests with mobility issues. Skip the stairs and use it to send luggage and groceries to the upper floors. The top-level great room features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and an open-concept layout ideal for gathering. Floor-to-ceiling windows take full advantage of the magnificent view and bring in an abundance of natural light. Two sets of sliding doors open up onto the expansive sun deck overlooking the pool below. When you're not dining out, prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with double wall oven and center island with bar seating. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the top level and also provides golf course views and deck access. A spacious ensuite bath includes dual vanities, a large walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub.

Four more bedrooms are located on the mid-level, two of which are additional ensuites, along with a second deck overlooking the fairway and pool. Downstairs, you'll find the sixth bedroom plus a large rec space that will be everyone's favorite room of the house. Challenge family and friends to a game of pool or a round of foosball. A ping pong table and pop-a-shot basketball game in the garage provide even more options for indoor entertainment. A pull-out sofa provides alternative options for sleeping arrangements if needed. The rec room leads directly to the backyard with a large private pool and hot tub for soaking away the day.

During your stay, everyone in your group can take advantage of the world-class resort amenities available exclusively to Currituck Club guests. The community's main clubhouse is less than half a mile away and features a fitness center, outdoor pool, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and volleyball. During the summer months, take a short walk to the trolley stop and use the complimentary shuttle service to get to the beach. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Golf enthusiasts can book a tee-time or clinic at the world-class 18-hole championship course designed by Rees Jones. Just past the clubhouse, a Harris Teeter is located at the entrance of the community so groceries and conveniences will always be just minutes away.

Changes In Attitude also offers guests exclusive access to the Pine Island Beach Club, which provides a second option for getting to the beach along with additional outdoor amenities. Take advantage of convenient parking, a large oceanfront lap pool, outdoor ping pong and pool tables, snack bar and of course, easy access to the beach.
