A Parrots Perch is in an unbeatable location in Whalehead Beach. Boasting a private heated pool surrounded by a large sun deck and a hot tub located on the mid-level wrap around deck, you will find these the perfect places to relax. The top-level great room has comfortable seating in the living area to watch some movies and the kitchen is well equipped to prepare your culinary delights when you're not out sampling the many amazing local restaurants. The top-level sun deck is perfect for relaxing, entertaining, socializing or simply enjoying your favorite beverage. The ground level game room with a pool table also has access to the pool area. The mid-level den is another comfortable place to hang out and has a wet bar with a mini-fridge and direct access to the covered deck.

The Whalehead Beach community offers several miles of secluded beaches, beach accesses on every block and quiet streets that are great for walking, running or biking.

We wanted to contact you directly as the owner. We enjoyed your property for its location and the pool. You might not be aware that the cleaning was ok, but spotty. Some furniture was in need of some repairs, cabinets doors, drawer fonts off or broken. Dishwasher leaked sometimes. All mattresses were hard and some sagged. Several rooms tvs were missing. And, trash was bagged from the previous guest and piled out front by the curb. Other units around had two trash bins but your property only had one which contributed to the piled trash bags. I’m sharing this with you because you might not be aware of these issues and would upgrade them if you knew them. All, this being said, we as a family, are considering if we’d like to return next year.

Great pool and hot tub

This was the perfect place for our family. We had 14 people and fit very nicely! The weather wasn’t the best so we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub!
