Be prepared to spend most of your time on the Top Level of this picturesque Ocean Sands retreat. Relax in the spacious Living Area with a Flat Screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Step right out onto the Furnished Sun Deck where you can enjoy a delicious picnic breakfast under the sunshine or head up top to the Crow's Nest to soak in stunning sunrise views over the ocean or relax with a sunset and enjoy a cold drink under the stars. Back inside, the fully-equipped Kitchen is perfect for preparing a delicious feast that the family can enjoy together in the Dining Area, with seating for 8, or at the Counter Bar, which has additional seating for 3. When you're ready to get some rest, head to the Queen Bedroom w/Semi-Private Bathroom access and enjoy the easy comfort of the Full Hallway Bathroom. The Screened-In Porch is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach and enjoying a meal alongside the beautiful breezes coming off the ocean.

Ocean Sands Section N Community Amenities: Guests can enjoy the many community amenities including covered picnic areas, a gazebo, a 7-Acre Fishing Lake a short 1-minute walk away, and access to the Corolla bike path.

Please Note: Parking in Ocean Sands is the space provided with the house that you are renting. If you have more cars than spaces you will need to identify alternate parking outside Ocean Sands. There is no parking in the street due to the need to have room for emergency vehicles to access the homes.

For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed to monitor entrances and the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in private spaces, ensuring your full privacy during your stay. First and second floor over driveway and a camera by the storage shed. Camera is at the front door.
