Living & Dining

Soaring cathedral ceilings and expansive walls of glass fill the great room with natural light while showcasing the surrounding mountain and vineyard scenery.

The gourmet kitchen is designed for entertaining, featuring an oversized island, separate baker's table, double ovens, two stoves, two dishwashers, and a wine cooler. A formal dining room comfortably seats eight, providing an elegant setting for memorable meals together.

Outdoor Living | Pool, Spa & Vineyard Grounds

Enjoy the beauty of Arizona wine country from your own private outdoor oasis. Relax beside the spacious swimming pool, unwind in the propane-heated spa (available upon request for an additional fee), or lounge beneath two wooden pergolas offering comfortable seating and a propane fire pit.

The expansive grounds offer plenty of opportunities for recreation and relaxation, including:

* Bocce ball court, horseshoe pit and cornhole
* Historic windmill and ranching equipment
* Outdoor courtyard with fireplace and fountain
* Propane BBQ for outdoor cooking
* Second story patio with cushioned seating and spectacular sunset views

The swimming pool is not heated and may be too cool for swimming during colder months.

Entertainment Casita

The attached pool house casita is an entertainment destination of its own, featuring two levels of theater seating (six reclining chairs), plus additional bar seating, a large HD television, a pool table, NFL Blitz and First Tee arcade games, and board games.

A convenient bar area includes a refrigerator, microwave, and ice maker, while sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool, spa, and outdoor BBQ area. A futon sofa bed offers additional sleeping space.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

Primary Suite (Main Floor, ADA accessible): King bed, TV, fireplace, walk-in closet, and beautifull pool and yard views. French doors open directly to the pool and spa. The ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub and walk in shower, with the laundry room conveniently located nearby.
Bedroom 2 (Main Floor): King bed, roll-in shower, and French doors opening to the courtyard, which features an outdoor fireplace, fountain, and vineyard. Designed with accessibility in mind.
Bedroom 3 (Main Floor): Queen bed, dedicated workspace, and French doors leading to the picturesque courtyard and vineyard.
Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): Two queen beds, twin daybed, and twin trundle. Enjoy sweeping Sedona red rock views, occasional hot air balloons, and direct access to the second story sunset patio.
Bedroom 5 (Upstairs): Queen bed, crib, spacious closet, and peaceful Sedona red rock and vineyard views. French doors lead to a small private balcony overlooking the courtyard.
Attached Casita: Futon sofa bed within the entertainment space, with direct pool and spa access and full bathroom.

Additional Retreat Spaces

Escape to the upstairs reading nook and small library, tucked beyond a private balcony. This peaceful hideaway offers an inviting place to relax with a book while admiring some of the estate's most spectacular views.

Explore nearby Cornville tasting rooms, visit Old Town Cottonwood's restaurants and boutiques, discover the historic mining town of Jerome, or venture to Sedona for world famous red rock hiking, scenic drives, and unforgettable sunsets.

Things to Know

Minimum Age: Primary renter must be 25 or older, provide proof of age, and occupy the property.
Check in/Checkout: 4:00 PM / 10:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures cannot be accommodated.
Pool & Spa: Pool is not heated. Spa heating (up to 102°F) is available upon request for $95/day December through March or $50/day April through November. Please arrange with Casago before arrival or during your stay. Spa temperatures may vary.
Pool Safety Fence: Available for a $150 installation and removal fee with advance notice.
Equipment: Pool and spa equipment operates automatically and is managed remotely. Please contact Casago for assistance rather than adjusting controls. Unauthorized adjustments will result in a $500 service fee.
Pets: No pets, except qualifying service animals. Unauthorized pets will incur a $400 cleaning fee.
Quiet Hours & Gatherings: Please respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise low. Parties, amplified outdoor music, and gatherings exceeding approved occupancy are not permitted.
Smoking: This is a smoke free property, including outdoor areas and vaping. A $1,000 fee applies to violations. Noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use.
Guest Requirements: Background screening and signed rental agreement are required within 72 hours of booking. Additional screening may apply to certain reservations.
Additional Details: Starter household supplies are provided. No mailbox access. Utility caps apply to stays over 21 days, and routine maintenance inspections occur every 30 days.
