There are two well proportioned bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, television, and en suite shower room. The second bedroom offers two single beds and its own television, making it ideal for children or friends sharing.
The main bathroom includes both a bath and shower.

The surrounding countryside offers excellent walking and cycling routes, with the Cheviots, Northumberland National Park, and Kielder Forest all within reach. The River Tweed is well known for salmon fishing, and there are golf courses nearby in Coldstream and Kelso.
For history lovers, Berwick upon Tweed is just fifteen minutes away, while Etal Castle, Floors Castle, and Alnwick Castle are all popular day trips. Holy Island of Lindisfarne can also be visited via the tidal causeway, with careful planning around tide times.
Edinburgh is approximately forty five minutes by car, and Newcastle around one hour, making day trips to either city straightforward.
