Fiquei tão decepcionada que as tomadas dos quartos não eram 3 pinos. Tomadas muito antigas, muito velhas....meu secador nao entrou na tomada do banheiro e eles não tinham um T. Me providenciaram um secador muito velho que não secava nada o cabelo. Levei o meu notebook para trabalhar e tive que sair comprar um T na cidade para isso. Os trabalhadores do hotel são excelentes pessoas! Maravilhosos! A vista do café da manhã também é linda. Tem mercado a 80 metros e restaurantes num raio de 800 metros. Mas a estrutura não é das melhores para quem precisa de tomadas.

O hotel em si tem uma estrutura boa, mais antigo e reparei que esta em reforma, mas o acesso é difícil, da garagem ao hotel so por elevador, cafe da manhã nao tem muitas variedades, o colchão do meu quarto horrível… parecia que tinha um buraco no meio, se vc precisar falar com a recepção tem que ir ate la, pois nao tem telefone no quarto e o numero do whats que passam no checkin não funciona…. ti ha um rapaz na recepção treinando uma mulher que nao resolvia nada, preguiçoso tdo que precisei e perguntei ele só complicou…. enfim precisa de muito ainda pra chegar a uma boa nota !!!

A equipe do hotel foi atenciosa e cordial durante toda a estadia. As acomodações estavam limpas e organizadas. No entanto, o estado geral do quarto é apenas razoável. Os lençóis e toalhas aparentam estar bastante antigos, com sinais de desgaste e desfiamento. O banheiro é o ponto que mais necessita de atenção: o box estava quebrado, assim como o assento do vaso sanitário, além de a pia apresentar vazamento. Com alguns ajustes na manutenção e renovação desses itens, a experiência poderia ser significativamente melhor.

Hotel antigo em reforma

O hotel está em reforma, é bem antigo e acredito que terá grande melhoria de estrutura. Já é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos, dessa vez ficamos por 1 semana. O café da manhã é ótimo mas não tem a mínima variação em nenhum dos dias, pra quem vai ficar mais dias enjoa. O atendimento é excelente, todos são prestativos. Em uma noite ficamos sem chuveiro por um problema no aquecimento, no último dia, por ser uma região que faz frio acredito que deveriam ter um plano B. Sem dúvida a melhor opção na região, mas precisa de atualização e melhorias.
