High quality accommodation

Pros: The accommodation was high-spec with nice fittings. The beds were comfortable. The host was friendly and accommodating. It was very clean. The views of the surrounding mountains from the chalet were lovely. The views of the valley below as you drove down were superb too. Cons: Nothing we didn't like. However, the road to get to the chalet from the main road is 10km long with lots of sharp ascending hairpins. Fine for a vehicle with plenty of horse power but a challenge for a camper without a lot of extra power. Since we were using the chalet as a base for sightseeing to towns further afield, in retrospect we would have chosen something at the bottom of the mountain since the mountain road was a bit challenging and tiring on the way out and returning. However, if you want a place at the top of a mountain with peace and tranquility where you can just relax or go mountain biking in the surrounding forests this place is ideal.
