Not good. Parking wasn't great, Kiddie pool has a foot of water in it which wasnt worth my 7 yr olds time. Breakfast staff was great. They were really accommodating and improved our attitude towards the hotel.

Good location, rating is too high for experience

The location is great within Cork; there is a lot to see & do within walking distance. This is important because parking is very limited on site so if you need to leave to drive you will likely have to park offsite. There is no temperature control in the room and we were on the 4th floor so it was VERY hot in the room (even though it was only around 65 degrees outside). The rooms were small and beds were clean but bathroom didn't feel as clean. The space to hang out in the lobby & lobby bar was nice & service was good. Overall I would probably choose a different hotel to stay at next time in Cork

Great staff! The breakfast in the morning was just perfect and they accommodated me bringing up to my sleeping teenager in the room which was very nice of them. Beds were extremely comfortable. If it wasn’t for the heat that day it would have been a lovely stay. They did have fans in the rooms but no A/C on those top floors was a bit uncomfortable. We managed with a cool shower and went outside for the evening until it cooled off.

We had the most wonderful lady at the reception desk. She was so helpful and went out of her way so many times to help us. Loved that we could walk to just about anything. Parking is a pain though.

Great location, staff at front desk great Inconsistancy in the spa with male staff a bit short tempered, have a rule of swimming caps, made toddler and balding males purchase and wear, not a big deal so same bought but noticed other kids and men not being made to wear caps when staff watching, which was a bit frustrating Breakfast was amazing Made crepe/pancakea for little ones, decent selection Close to town, shopping resturants and bars Little parking on site, we managed to get parking at hotel bit they do have a deal with a car park 3 min walk away so super convenient!

Ok location, not great parking - had to park offsite, self check in although staff were at the reception, strange room location which would have been made easier if staff checked you in and explained this. Comfy bed but overall hotel abit worn and tired
