Check in ok. When we booked the room the hotel claimed “free parking”. Before arrival received an email that said “park at q-park, a 3 min walk to the hotel and the hotel will redeem parking ticket”. WRONG! We had to pay €12.50 at the terminal at q-park as the hotel only redeemed part of the fee! I’d like to be reimbursed the €12.50! Also, it’s not a 3 min walk. Hotel bathroom: vent / fan in bathroom did not work. Noise level: atrocious! Room faced courtyard: loud music well past 10 pm, people talking below dining at courtyard restaurant. Sleep impossible. Again: atrocious!

Little oasis in a big city

What a beautiful hotel and courtyard! It was such a a great feeling walking in from a city street to a little oasis. Room was clean and comfortable. The attached bar was great as well as the service!

I would have given a higher rating but the heat pump with thermostat were not working and we could not control the temperature. They do however have baseboard heating. The restaurant was excellent. The ambiance on the ground floor was wonderful.
