The Oak cabin (sleeps 12) is a place to gather with space to spread out and an incredible deck with your own private dock in the summertime. Enjoy luxurious beds, a fully stocked kitchen, games, fireplace and fire pit year round. Relax at the cabin all day or explore nearby Saratoga Springs and Lake George. The space
BEDROOMS:
- Bedroom 1: Main Floor with a Queen bed, 2 nightstands with USB port connections, and a closet. (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: Main Floor with two twin beds, a nightstand and a charming dresser/desk that folds down. (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: Upstairs with King bed and a futon couch, dresser, two large closets and an attached bathroom with shower and freestanding tub. (Sleeps 3)
- Bedroom 4: Upstairs with King bed, two nightstands with USB port connections, a dresser and small closet, a twin bed and trundling overlooking the river (sleeps 4)
- Sunroom - on the main floor has a futon couch. (Sleeps 1)

BATHROOMS:
- Downstairs shower with Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner and body wash, towels, washcloths, hand towels and swim towels provided and hair dryer
- Primary bath upstairs with a huge shower and freestanding but, Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner and body wash, towels, washcloths, hand towels and swim towels provided
