You will have full access to:
• The main villa with all interior spaces and smart home systems
• The private heated swimming pool with glass waterfall, sunken loungers, and counter-current system
• The outdoor jacuzzi and tranquil spa area with lounge seating
• Two outdoor kitchens with BBQs and shaded dining areas
• The wellness zone, including an infrared sauna, fully equipped gym, and a custom wine cellar
• Beautifully landscaped gardens, lawns, and sunbathing zones
• A dedicated office/study with a convertible sofa bed

The independent 2-bedroom guest house, located within the estate’s lush gardens, is available upon request and perfect for teenagers, staff, or additional guests.

•No smoking inside the villa.
•Pets are not allowed.
•Children must be supervised at all times around the pool and jacuzzi.
•Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
•Please respect the house, furnishings, and appliances.
•Use of the wine cellar is allowed—wines consumed will be charged at checkout.
•Security cameras are installed only in outdoor and utility areas for safety.

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00.
You will receive check-in instructions and access code prior to arrival.
A welcome tablet inside the property will guide you through using the smart systems.
