This was me and my wife 30th year anniversary, I had contact the hotel to make sure it was wheelchair accessible. I was told that it was, Also the hotel page on hotels.com stated that it was and had a elevator. But the room was not accessible, I had to move furniture around in order to make room for her. The bathroom was way to small even for me. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel the stated that the hotel was accessible by wheel chair because of the ramp. The ramp they have is for deliveries not wheelchair. I explain to them when some is looking for a hotel room and ask to wheelchair accessible they are asking about not just the entrance but the room it self. They had a do not care attitude about he situation. And basically told me I can stay or leave. We had no choice and stayed but my wife was unable to shower or use the bathroom in the room for the 2 nights that we were there. Great location but had a difficult time with the staff. My wife been in a wheelchair for 36 years we are experience travelers and I am very specific when i ask for a wheelchair accessible room. This was not! I want some compensation back, the hotel refused to help. I am reaching our to Hotels.com to get help.

Dinner buffet for €20 was beyond amazing! The quality and selection of food made it the best dining experience in Corfu. We sat outside with a gorgeous view of the sunset over the turquoise Ionian Sea. Our room with a view of the water and a balcony was also perfect. We managed to take advantage of the generous breakfast buffet before our flight in the morning and the charming staff had our taxi waiting in front of the hotel at the exact time needed. What a lovely experience it was staying here.

Great adult hotel on the promenade. Taxi €20 to hotel which was 5-10mins away. Very clean and with tea facilities, hairdryer, robe and slippers, daily bottle of water available. Hot breakfast included and dinner was €20 per person. Both worth it. Reception staff was very polite and especially the restaurant staff who worked endlessly. Downside is the swimming pool, more of a dipping pool. Didn’t use as I was there to explore the island. I highly recommend this hotel for a break and will be back. Thank you Mon Repos Palace

The biggest let down was the bathroom which was small, smelly, damp and really dated decor. When we requested for an iron a male member of staff just walked into the room using his key without even knocking. Reception staff were not the friendliest. The buffet breafast was good and the staff members there were also very good.

The location was great as were the surrounding dining options were good. The hotel breakfast was good quality with healthy options. Only criticism was the late check in and the unfriendly reception at the hotel desk. The lovely Angela on the afternoon shifts was so friendly and helpful that it compensated for your cool reception on the first day. Overall? A charming hotel which needs a retouche to restore its true beauty

The hotel was in a perfect location easy beautiful walk along the sea front into town about 20 minutes. The staff were very efficient and polite. Rooms were immaculate and the cleanliness of the whole hotel was excellent. Breakfast was buffet style but everything fresh and replenished all the time. You were spoiled for choice. It was definitely at the top for breakfasts. We had a late flight, unfortunately the hotel was fully book so we were unable to keep our room but they did allow us to stay an additional hour after checkout time.they. beach towels were available and full use of the hotel, and a shower room made available for us to freshen up before we left. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed on the 4th floor and the views to sea were amazing.

The hotel is nesteled in a quiet area of the island in close proximity to the old fortress and old tpwn. Public transportation makes it easy to get around. The hotel was clean with very firendly staff that are always willing to help you.

We chose this hotel based on the positive reviews and photos we saw on Expedia, but our stay was a major disappointment. Our "Comfort Room," which looked nice online, was nothing like the photos. The room itself was very small, outdated, and badly in need of a refresh. The bed was unsuitable for two adults, and the bathroom was so cramped we could barely move, with the door hitting the toilet and sink. Noise was a serious issue that made it impossible to sleep. We could hear everything from our neighbor's room and the loud refrigerator in our room made a constant, disruptive noise. Despite being told we'd have a "wonderful room," our view was very poor. When we spoke with the reception staff about our concerns, we were met with an unhelpful response. We were told by one staff member that the hotel manager would not move us to a better room, even though they had availability. The only option offered was to pay an additional 100 EUR, which we found to be an unreasonable and unacceptable demand for a hotel that did not meet its advertised standards. Our experience with the room and the uncooperative staff significantly impacted our holiday. We will never recommend this place.
