A garden gate down to the sea.

Amazing Villa that couldn’t be closer to the sea. We swam in it so much having the pool too, we were spoilt for choice. Matparti village with all its taverna’s and shops are all walkable and there are numerous options along the beach too. Chris is an amazing host who couldn’t be more helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

Chris is a fabulous host. House is located on quieter part of beach. Multiple beach bars and beach restaurants a short walk away. Also plenty of restaurants nearby in Barbeti town. Secure parking.

The Perfect Property

This property is so well thought out and the host doesn’t miss a detail. Chris welcomed us in person and was readily available throughout our stay to help or offer suggestions. The pool and beach are perfection and the location made it easy to get to lots of different locations. There is also a lovely local market as welll as a couple of beach tavernas that we really enjoyed. Would highly, highly recommend!

Idyllic Place

I stayed at Cote Jardin Villa this month (Sept 2023) with my three sisters. We were enthralled with the location, the villa itself, the garden and pool area, in fact, the whole experience has left us with lots of wonderful memories, memories that we shall cherish, forever... The delightful host, Chris, was there to greet us and to show us around, he left us a fabulous 'welcome box' full of local goodies and a lovely chilled bottle of wine. He was on hand at all times to sort anything that needed sorting. However, nothing needed sorting, everything was just perfect. We were there for seven days and the bed linen and towels were changed half way through. The pool man also came twice that week to ensure the pool was ok. All in all we could not have been better looked after. I cannot recommend this villa enough, from beginning to end it was all perfect. My sisters and I were extremely reluctant to leave this beautiful place. Everything about it was definitely five star. The host was exceptional in his care and attention, nothing was too much trouble and he even checked in by message to make sure we were all ok. I would, without doubt, happily revisit Cote Jardin Villa anytime. Thank you VRBO and our wonderful host, Chris, for helping us make magical memories. Warmest regards, Lilian (Ball)

Great stay in corfu

The location and the views are awesome. The owner is very friendly and communication was excellent. The outdoor area, garden and beach access was fantastic. The house itself resembles a small farm house. The bathrooms were good size, however the shower stalls were very small (2x2 Feet. 60cmx 60 cm).

Fabulous villa!

We absolutely loved the villa and location , right on Barbetti beach. The villa is very comfortable and nicely decorated, the pool lovely and warm and the gardens are beautiful. There are a few lovely beach bars and restaurants on the beach which our teenagers loved and plenty of water sports to keep them entertained. We hired a boat from the other end of the beach and sailed around to Agni and to a gorgeous restaurant at Kalami beach over looking the sea where they help you moor your boat. We had an amazing stay here and Chris was very welcoming and helpful. We would highly recommend this beautiful villa and hope to be back one day soon!

Location, Location, Location

The property is set on a large plot with a lovely pool, well manicured garden and plenty of areas to relax. Inside living space was extremely clean and welcoming and while a little small and dated, the outside area more than makes up for it with beautiful views, all day sun, easy access to the sea and nearby restaurants / bars. Chris was incredibly warm and attentive to all our needs.

Fabulous Villa & Location

Just returned home from a 9 night stay at this absolutely beautiful Villa at Barbati, Corfu. From the moment we arrived til the day we left we couldn’t have wished for a more wonderful stay. A beachfront location with private swimming pool and beautiful large colourful gardens, this Villa truly is the most perfect accommodation anyone could wish for. The Villa itself had all amenities that you need with 3 lovely large bedrooms, one with a balcony with stunning views overlooking the garden and beach. The Villa and grounds are very private yet there are restaurants and shops within a very short walking distance. Our hosts Chrispanaretos and Sofia Anna his daughter were exceptional and supplied us with lots of very helpful information on the area. We cannot thank them enough for making our holiday so special and memorable.

THE DREAM BEACHFRONT VILLA HAS COME TRUE

If it is your first time to visit Corfu- make your base this simple yet stunning villa situated right on Barbati Beach. Believe all the photos that the kind and gracious owner Chris has posted- what you see is definitely what you get. And once you get there, you'll realise everything is even more beautiful than the photos! My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay- the gardens and the beach any time of day or night, were an absolute joy to behold. We loved hanging out by the pool, having our daily sunset drinks and UNO card games by the "pink corner" at the front of the garden, and delicious, grilled home-cooked meals in the gazebo. This villa's stunning beauty and comfort, teamed with Corfu's amazing natural produce and its wonderful people will surely guarantee a family holiday that will be remembered for many many years to come. Relaxing & Exploring Corfu

We were looking for a home that was on the water, in a quiet area, walking distance to restaurants & coffee shops and easy access to other areas to explore. This home exceeded our expectations! We traveled with another couple and the home was perfect for us with separate space for each couple, the home is in great shape, the kitchen is modern, the AC works well (it was unusually hot outside), the pool was fantastic and the setting right on the beach was perfect and gave us the opportunity to choose between the pool or the beach or both! We highly recommend this home!

beautiful place

This 3-bedroom home is in an outstanding location. It has its own lawn and garden, with a variety of flowers, and a lovely pool in the middle. There are several seating areas for outdoor dining or drinks. At the far end is a gate that opens directly onto to the Barbati beach, which is pebbled but very nice. The house is comfortable and is fully air-conditioned. It is part of a 3-home complex that has its own gated entrance. As an added attraction, two excellent beach-side restaurants are just down the beach, where there are also a boat-rental and a parasailing business. In the middle of our stay, the full-size refrigerator/freezer broke down and had to be defrosted, but Chris, the manager, brought over a small refrigerator to tide us over in the interim. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this home for the reasons above. The only negative was that there are mosquitoes outdoors in the evening, but I believe that this is true for most of Corfu.

Everything and more. We had an absolutely wonderful week at a luxurious villa with a pool and a beach. It was definitely all it was billed. The location is phenomenal you can walk to a number of restaurants in a couple of groceries. In addition we had a car and got to see a good deal of the island on all sides it is a hidden gem.

Brilliant family location

Lovely property with an extensive garden and beach access. Hired a boat to explore the island from the beach. Great beach bars 100m away. Kids were entertained by the water sport facilities. Perfect for families as there is something for everyone. Loved the fact that the beach were frequented by local families, it gave the place a real warm Greek local feel. Highly recommend this property.
