Beautiful house on the sandy beach with a wonderful garden and private parking.
It is consisted of 3 buildings with totally 6 STDS (2 STDS X 2 in the building in front of the beach, 2 STDS X 2 and 1 APT X 4 in the middle one and 2 STDS and 1 APT X 4 in the building behind).
Each STD has 1 bedroom X 2, kitchenette, WC/SH, veranda.
The STDS in the 1st building have a wonderful sea view (STDS on the ground floor).
The STDS in the middle have a sea and garden view (2 STDS are on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor).
The STDS in the 3rd building have a garden view. On ground floor.
The APT on the ground floor has a garden view, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 kitchenettes, 2 WC/SH, Verandas.
The APT in THE MIDDLE BUILDING is on the first floor with A BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW and it's a kind of MAISONETTE with 1 double bed (or 2 single beds), kitchenette, WC/SH, and verandas downstairs and 2 single beds upstairs. This apartment is a maisonette type in a way and as it's showed in the photos, there is a narrow staircase that leads to the upper area with 2 single beds. So, because of the staircase it is not considered a safe place for children under 7 years old.
