Nice house on the beach of AGHIOS PETROS in a green and peaceful surrounding.
Beautiful garden and private parking. It has 2 APTS X 4 and 2 STDS X 2. All STDS and APTS are found on the ground floor.
Each STD has 1 bedroom X 2, kitchenette, WC/SH, veranda with a wonderful sea view.
About the beach:
some times the beach presents some changes in its width and the sand becomes rare and with seaweed. This happens because this part of the southeast coast of the island is at the narrowest point of the sea between Corfu and the opposite coast of Epirus, it is very affected by sea currents, strong winds that blow even in spring and frequent winter storms. Therefore the sea gains or loses a lot of land and therefore the sand decreases or increases depending on the weather.
In that case Customers can place the sunbeds that we give them for free in the garden and fearlessly enter the sea which is crystal clear.

Quiet beach location

Very quiet location by the beach . Super friendly and helpful owners . Room is very basic , no air-con. with small bathroom and very small shower . If you like to stay on your very own beach with sandy shallow and warm sea - go for it !! Nice place on the outskirt of Kavos . shop and taverns by 5, 10 min walk .

Paradise in Kavos

We stayed here for one week and it was an amazing experience. The owners are so lovely, they gave us vegetables from their garden, they cooked a tons of cakes and we talked a lot together. The location is perfect, 2 m by the sea where we could lay and swim. It was perfect! Thx so much

Goed verblijf

Een kleine studio met alles wat we nodig hadden. Heerlijk om voor onze studio te zitten en uit te kijken over de zee. Zo dichtbij het water is super. Vriendelijke gastvrouw, een plekje om zeker terug te komen. Tip voor de eigenaar is om meer strandbedjes te kopen, want dat maakt het wel helemaal compleet.

Das Domizil war einfach,sauber. Die Nähe zum Wasser ist unglaublich gut. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und gibt einen schönen Schatten zum Verweilen. Für Unternehmungen kann man in der Nähe Motorroller oder Auto mieten. Auch mit dem Bus kommt man überall hin.

Un petit paradis

L’appartement est petit la décoration est simple mais la propreté est au top. Ménage fait toutes les semaines. La plage devant la maison est remplie d’algues ce qui ne permet pas de s’y poser. Mais la mer est cristalline et une belle plage est à 1 mn à pied. Le jardin est entretenu et très agréable. Les personnes qui s’occupe de la résidence sont chaleureuses et attentionnées. Ici c’est j’espere Comme au paradis!
