New chalet of 150 m2 with a breathtaking view: Mont Blanc, Aravis. Very pleasant living room that allows you to enjoy this natural spectacle. 5 small cosy bedrooms. Neat finishes and decoration. Sheltered terrace with view, large garden. Very well equipped (everything is new, including bedding) for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Ideal for 1 to 2 families. The seat cushions are not yet on the photos, but there will be some.
The charming village of Cordon is a 10-15 minute walk away by the small paths.
Shuttle to the slopes of Cordon 20 meters away. It then takes 5-10 minutes by shuttle bus to the slopes. The slopes of Megeve or Combloux are 15 minutes away by car (free parking). Varied activities in all seasons.
A place where life is good, rejuvenation guaranteed.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Heel fijn huisje voor 10 personen. Lekker ruim, voldoende leefruimte. Keuken goed voor elkaar met genoeg pannen, borden, bestek en glazen. Prachtig uitzicht op de Mont Blanc en een terras in de zon. Ook fijn parkeerplaats voor 3 auto's met mogelijkheid op je auto op te laden. Ski pistes op een kwartiertje rijden. We hadden een heerlijke week!

La vue sur le Mont Blanc ets magnifique. Le chalet est très bien équipé, on s'y sent très bien. Hélène, la propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli. On a été ravi de séjourner dans ce chalet !
