Staff was very kind and helpful! We were surprisingly upgraded to a junior suite and we loved it. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old town, but enough away from the center that it wasn't overwhelmed with the crowds. Took us about 3 minutes to walk to the Mezquita. Beautiful hotel... we highly recommend!

It was very good, I'd give 4.5 stars out of 5. Food great, brilliant location and staff incredibly friendly. Unfortunately the air con wasn't working and the room was quite stuffy; they didn't make me aware of this on check in. Room was reasonably clean, but there was a pretty thick layer of dust on the mirror. Overall I would stay again.
