We left an item in our room. We called the property to pay to have it shipped to us. They said they wouldn’t do it. Said I had to get a prepaid USPS box and then would do it. They said the post does this. We went to the USPS and they don’t do this and they would have to box it and have it picked up. I offered to pay everything. Not very helpful.

It is listed as "pet friendly" but I didn't anticipate sharing a hotel with a 200lb pig on a leash or a 100lb labradoodle that barked until late in the evening. Maybe some parameters on "pet friendly" would be helpful.

This Red Roof is a newer hotel and it is great. Exceptionally neat and clean. Great staff, quiet, rooms spacious. One note, the shower is different, to get the water to the shower head there is a knob on the underside of the tub facet to push up. Took me a few minutes to figure it out. But great stay!!!

The hotel is very clean. The staff was extremely friendly room was sufficient. The beds probably need updating they’re a little lumpy. The breakfast was very minimal. The only hot option was biscuits and gravy, which you had to microwave your biscuit, which makes the biscuit real kind of rubbery. But there were waffles if you wanted waffles.
