The renno was TERRIBLE!!! Obviously bid to the Lowest contractor!!! They didn't change the ugly brown doors. The tile and bath fittings "fit n finish" was ridiculously off. Drawers rubbing walls, switches upside down. The surroundings were a mess, I mean they were still mid renno but if you're a working business, maybe hire a contractor who understands that the public, aka paying customers, will be in the facility? We didn't go into the pool area, but from outside looking in, it was not appealing. Staff was helpful and kind but that's the only good thing I have to say at this time.

The room was clean but the noise was terrible. They are obviously remodeling (which i wasnt aware b4hand) and they drilled and banged way after dark when all we wanted was some rest from driving 22 hrs. Im very disappointed as we didnt even stay the whole night.

Catastrophe. Lobby under construction. Stink everywhere. No breakfast bar as Idicated . Beds..... should have slept on the floor. Shame on you hotels. Com. Should have done your homework. Never coming back here and truly questioning the integrity of hotels com and also an Expedia derivative.

I was not aware ahead of time that they were doing construction within the building. So, it was very dusty all around (including where food was being served) and the noisy work would start as early as 7 am. The staff was fine. They seemed pleasant enough. They just didn't speak much while assisting you, very quiet. Bed was comfy and room looked nicely updated. However, it was like the room wasn't finished. We had no dresser or anywhere to put our clothing. And although the phone shelf was a nice touch, it should've been placed by the bed. We also had no toilet paper when we checked in but was able to get some with no issues.

This hotel was listed as no pets ,but the room across from me had two barking dogs that woke me several times. The young man at the desk was uncaring and rude. Very limited breakfast. I won’t stay here again.

This hotel is in dire need of a remodel. But the construction noise indicates they are possibly in the process of that. The lobby had holes in the floor. No one was at the desk when I arrived at 3:00 pm. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to check in. The room smelled musty. There was dust everywhere in the room and food wrappers on the floor near the bed. The desk chair was broken. The bathroom was clean. The bedspread was stained

The 2nd floor was being renovated, so it was loud and messy. Also, lots of building materials were laying outside. The bottom floor had not been updated. The halls smelled so bad. I don't know if there were bedbugs, but I had welts on my legs and back.

This particular hotel was collecting donations for all the tornado victims in London Kentucky and surrounding areas. Locals were bringing in meals for those staying at the Hotel who lost their homes. This felt personal and we enjoyed our stay. The employees were very friendly and helpful

It was under construction without our knowledge until we arrived. The crew worked late hours and through the weekend so we couldn’t get rest. The pool water was green. We have picture.
