Very nice property. Check-in parking is a bit difficult when the area is busy, but on site hotel parking is gated and easily accessible after check in.

The hotel staff could not have been better. I mistakenly only booked 1 night instead of 2 on a fully booked football game weekend. Both the desk staff and manager worked to see what solutions were available and were able to find a room that accommodated our party and bed needs. Though the mistake was fully mine, they went out of their way to help. The rooms were in great condition, lobby breakfast was solid and the location is in a great area with walkable dining and entertainment. 5 Stars.

Front desk employee was kind of rude when i voiced my concern about paying for parking. When booking there was no mention that you would be charged to park in the hotel parking lot. Hotel was clean and breakfast was better than average. The bed was a hodge podge! The bed was not that comfortable. Loved the TV big Large since so far away from the bed. The closet door was broken, so couldn’t shut it.

The carpet had some red stains, the streaming on the tv was not working and when we complain with the main desk he was nice but not helpful at all. The second night we complain about the fridge making noises and not letting us sleep and the same person just left a note for maintance who did not came to check. By night time front desk person was different and totally lovely and switch us in 2 sec to a totally different room that had working tv and not noisy fridge. Other than that was pretty good. Area is walkable, lots of food options has a nature trail 2 min away walking. Shopping stores. Kitchen was super clean.
