This would be an ok stay for budget conscious people. Nothing fancy, but serves a purpose. Very clean, except our floor needed a solid washing. There is a kitchenette, but ours was bare (no glasses, plates, utensils, or anything else. As we were only staying 1 night, it didn't impact our stay. The neighbourhood is convenient, and appeared to be safe. It was convenient, by car, to shopping malls and restaurants.
