This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is located in Copper Mountain’s Center

Village, about 100 yards from the nearest lift. Shops, restaurants, and

village events are all nearby.



The bedroom has a king bed, and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa,

sleeping up to four guests. The condo features a full kitchen, a gas

fireplace, and a ground-level patio. Pets are welcome.



Guests have access to the resort’s athletic club with a pool and hot tub.

Laundry facilities are located in the building. One garage parking spot is

included with the unit.



This unit is pet-friendly and must follow the pet policy, which includes a

maximum of two pets per room. Pets cannot be left unattended, leashes are

required in and around the villages, guests must pick up after their pets, and

no barking is allowed. A nightly pet fee is included in the lodging rate.

Great location in Copper Mountain

I loved the location and easy access to Copper Mountain amenities. In the summer this is more relaxed than staying in Dillon or Breckenridge. Overall everything in the unit worked but was pretty basic for the cost. I would like to see the property owners at Ten Mile Haus upgrade the stairs from parking to the condos, they are very old and unsafe. I was told there was can elevator by the check in person which was never found or incorrect. I would have liked to see the property managers (Red Awning) be more up to date about the amenities such as the gym, pool and spa. The pet fee was not transparent.
