Great Location

The location is perfect and that is what you're paying for. The space is run down and poorly designed. The master bed was comfy and slept great. The pull outs were in rough shape.

This was a 3 night stay, middle of the week, ski holiday with my daughter. The location was important for ease of ski in- ski out. The staff, maintenance, and house keeping was fantastic. The property owners should be ashamed. It is a slum. The electric, lights, baseboard heaters are dangerous. Lights don’t work. Fixtures are broken. Baseboard heaters are unusually dangerous. Plugs fall out of outlets. Kitchen is poorly stalked. The place is freezing. Furniture is nasty, old, broken. Bed is horrible and lumpy. I am not a picky consumer. This rental was beyond awful.

Great for CT Hikers

If you are hiking the Colorado Trail and want to sleep in a bed in Copper - the location is perfect - literally next to the trail and the Starbucks and restaurants at the center of Copper. The studio has two full bathrooms and the loft is accessed by a normal staircase.

Cleanliness was an issue. Dishes were not clean, floors dirty with candy and wrappers lying around and bathroom toilets had urine drips and feces stuck to bowl. Very disappointing for the price paid.

Tiny living.

The condo was spacious for a couple. Even though it had a pullout sofa it would have been very cramped for a family. The unit felt very run down and needs to be updated. On Hotels.com it stated that this was a pet friendly condo so that is the reason I booked it. When I got the agreement from the management company of the condo it stated not pet friendly. I emailed them and they finally agreed to allow my dog in the condo which I much appreciated. I had to pay another $150.00 to the managent company which I didn't realize I would have to pay.

Very disappointing for the $$$

Extremely dated, nothing has been touched since the 80's except the TV and the stove, and both of those aren't much to speak of either. Sleeping Loft gets VERY hot at night, and the directions on the thermostat tell you to crack a window instead of turning down the heat because it takes forever for the heat to go back up if you turn it down. Windows on lower level have zero insulation so main level has a 10-to-20 degree temperature difference. Also very cramped. Property management was responsive & helpful and if not for them, my review would be worse because the place itself is really disappointing. Walk 50 more yards to the slopes and stay somewhere else instead!

Amazing location. Drab amenities.

Loved the area! Location was amazing. Skiing was incredible! I enjoyed the covered parking as well. The condo was sufficient, but far from exemplary. There were food stains in the kitchen, None of the remotes had working batteries. All but one bed were pop-ups, one of which blocked full access to the second bathroom if opened. Most importantly, the downstairs heater barely worked and the windows were very drafty. My son froze every night and we were constantly running the fireplace and oven to heat the lower level after the sun went down. One of the hairdryers doesn't work and the upstairs bathroom fan is missing and I can hear traffic trough the open hole... also very drafty. This place needs some serious maintenance. And they need to list it as a 5-person condo at best.
