Great hotel for a great price

Nice and newly renovated hotel. Great jacuzzi area outside and breakfast to order. We were in town for the Leadville race and I much prefer staying down in Copper and driving up daily than staying in Leadville at the tiny overpriced motels there. Cambria for the win!

It was great having a bistro in the hotel. The hotel was super clean and the staff very friendly. Aaron in the bistro was very attentive to our needs. The other bistro assistant (don't know her name) was also great at taking care of the diners needs.

Checking in they won’t allow you early that’s a waste. But they want checking out at 10 or 11 am. They can’t check you in at 1 PM at least early.

Filthy. Not kept clean.

Newish hotel, bit already run down. Disappointed. Shower pan was filthy. Shelf in shower broken. "Splats" in the walls in the bathroom. Overall, just not kept clean. Box spring sounded like it belonged in the basement if my grandparents farm house.

Have stayed at worse. Copper is a great resort

Copper is a beautiful little mountain ski resort “town”. I think this Cambria is the only true hotel, so that’s a plus. Clean room, updated, nice area. Front desk staff was meh- at best. The pillow and bed were poor: the parking lot size was very poor. Had to park away from the hotel- not enough spots. Overall for what we paid for the night and the incredible rep of Copper we were hoping for a little “better” all around. If in a bind- for sure - would stay. Frisco/Dillon probably be the more suitable choice.
