Basic hospitality things were missing. -complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers -conditioner for hair -phone to contact reception in room -umbrellas for loan for guests Temporary but serious problems -showers did not have good water pressure -instance of a "clean" towel delivered to room that had what looked like dried blood stain on it. Overall, it's not a great place to stay, even with the price in mind.
