Lovely hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Balcony rooms had great views. Loved our stay. A few mins walk from metro & easy walk to many of the main sights in Copenhagen.

Great location and nice hotel. We were able to leave luggage upon arrival as room not available for a few hours. Didn’t try breakfast as quite expensive and many places nearby to pick up a coffee and a pastry. The young lady tending the bar in the evenings made delicious cocktails and was friendly and sociable. Would stay here again. The room was nice, not sure I’d call it superior but bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Great location. Classy bar and lobby area. Staff are efficient with a very fast check in. Rooms are slightly small, with one side of the bed almost against a wall. We were at the back of the hotel so it was pretty quiet…although the view wasn’t pretty!

Nice clean comfortable room. Decent location for leisure travellers. Breakfast was nice and very welcome. We used the left luggage room both on arrival and departure, and this easy and well maintained. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Spacious rooms, well finished - not great sound proofing from windows but wasn’t that noisy. Lobby and communal areas nicely finished- bar not manned in afternoon/early evening but staff would help if you needed anything

Booked through Expedia an executive single room. Asked for a quiet room. Didn’t get an executive single with an espresso machine that I paid for. When asked the hotel why, they said they had sold out. So no espresso coffee machine in the room which was why I booked this hotel. First room had a very strong sewage smell and when the toilet lid was lifted made me gag. It was right next to the lift so not quiet and I asked to move The second room was in an even poorer state! I got stuck in the bathroom as the door wouldnt open once closed. What I didn’t realise was that it was at the back of the hotel above a very noisy restaurant that had a party so I got 0 sleep. Following the party there were glass bottles being emptied in bins and the next night the bins were dragged over the parking area from about 4 in the morning. I was utterly exhausted!! Two nights of no sleep. Made worse by no coffee machine. The hotels answer was to give me one complimentary coffee!

Nice central hotel but booked a Deluxe Single in order to get a coffee machine , to be told on arrival that although it had been confirmed they had re sold room, so i had a standard single , No coffee machine. Sounds silly but this hotel was booked as i rely on coffee ,so very disappointed indeed.
