The hotel was clean and my standard double room quite spacious. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Though I recommend avoiding the peak times as it can get very busy.

The Hotel is fabulous i would highly recommend, we stayed in a junior suite and it was spacious room was clean if i had one complaint would be the lack of draw space but you can make do. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was amazing again only complaint about this is they only have one two slice toaster which seem to to take an age to toast the bread . That said i would definitely stay here again very easy to travel to city center easily walkable.

Fabulous room ready for us when we arrived mid morning. Great staff always on hand to help. Great location close to tivoli gardens and central station. Only a 30 min walk to city centre. Breakfast was good with great variety of hot & cold options.

Dont go here. Through Expedia/Hotels.com i have VIP access, but this hotel dont respect that and lies about it. When i was checking in, I told them, that there was a free upgrade if possible, but I was informed, that it was not possible, because the hotel was fully booked. When I got to my room, I checked the webpage, and where was several rooms. I then went down to talk with a manager, and she told me, that it was not possible, because the rooms they had left, they expected to sell that night. I then said, why not respect the program, and give me the upgrade and then sell my room, and then she got upset and said it was not possible to give an upgrade and it was only "if possible" and then she said "it was not possible" even there was rooms. And the discount they give on food and drinks, dont cover the breakfast. So dont choose this hotel for the VIP ACCESS. But my biggest dissapointment is that staff clearly lied, on why thery could not give the upgrade. NEVER ever lie to a guest. I would have respected it more if they instead said, that they dont want to honer the program they are a part off, because they want more money and dont care about it. I have been to this hotel before and recommended others to go there, but this was without doubt the last time and it will never be recommended again.
