This is a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the rooms can get quite hot on a summer day. That might be the only issue. Otherwise, everything is great.

The staff was very helpful from dropping off bags before check in to answering questions during the stay. It has a boutique hotel feel right in the middle of the city. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet so getting a good nights sleep was easy. Highly recommend this hotel if you are exploring Copenhagen by foot or metro.

The room was spacious and nice. The staff very helpful and even managed to get a room for my mother who is 77 earlier, so she could rest after the flight. The location is great and close to everything. The only downside is that cleaning of the rooms need to be ordered the night before and might still not get done.
