The room was dingy and smelled badly. There was a dead spider on one of the beds. The shower was very mouldy and the sink did not drain and as such was quite stained (and gross after use). The staff were very polite and kind upon check-in. The lobby area is nice and the gym was OK.

Loved it!

We loved staying here. It was comfortable and roomy. We were able to open the windows for fresh air. It was clean and comfortable. There is no refrigerator which is the only problem to keep your drinks cold or leftovers but I would still rate it high. Thanks. We will definitely be back!

Serves a purpose

The service was great at the hotel, very friendly even though we had to wait a while to check in. The room was okay, a bit tired looking and we could see a thick layer of dust behind the panelling by the window. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and that's all we really needed it for, so it served a purpose with a central location.

The room was functionally clean but could have been cleaner - eg I lifted the covers to check for bugs (I always do this) and under the top sheet was quite dusty and under the bed needed hoovering. But the breakfast was great, the staff great, loved the free table football, view of the lake was amazing. We didn't use the luggage storage but beware you have to pay for it.
