Requires impromevement: bar/restaurant service was slow, room cleanliness was so-so, restaurant service quality was poor and some of our orders never arrived. Over the years the quality has come down - breakfast selection used to be nicer and there were nice small bottle bal d’afrique products, not any more. Feels like it has gone from 5* to 3*.
