The appartment had a great value vs. cost for us. It is exactly as shown on the pictures, chic and minimalistic.There is also a large community rooftop balcony on top of the building.The area is a safe urban housing area close to the city centre.We walked a lot to explore the great city, bicycles to rent are an easy alternative.Super tipp is to use the water bus/taxi that goes about every 20 min at the orange signs at the channel nearby and use the "Rejsebillet" app for that.Only missing thing in the appartment was a coffee machine - as a hint to the landlord.Communication was very fast and easy.Thank you.

I am giving this low rating because the apartment was very dirty and poorly equipped.There was thick dust eveyrywhere (bathroom, under the beds, floors, etc.), as well as hair in both the bathroom and kitchen. The shower floor was stained, to name a few. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable.Although I reported the issue immediately through the app, the response wasn’t effective. I was told they would try to send someone to clean and then was asked to follow up by email. However, no resolution was provided during my stay. The kitchen is very minimally equipped and not suitable for hosting seven people. Be aware that there is no coffee machine or maker. Additionally, the rooms have very thin curtains that do not block light or provide sufficient privacy.It’s a pity, as the apartment itself has a lot of potential. There is a convenience store directly below the building, and both a mall and public transportation are nearby.With better cleaning standards and some upgrades to the equipment, this could be a much more enjoyable place to stay. I hope these points are taken into account for future guests.
